Our Jonah Crab is sourced from Stonington, Maine. When the lobsters move offshore during the winter, a small fleet of lobstermen go out to catch Jonah Crabs. All of our Jonah Crab products are wild-caught, all-natural and processed with nitrogen freezing technologies designed to preserve the fresh Jonah Crab taste. We offer triple-scored claws by the pound (approximately 6 to 8 claws per pound), claw cocktail by the pound (approximately 11-14 each per pound), and block frozen crab meat by the pound.
