All the flavor of wild Chesapeake Bay oysters with none of the shucking. We pull our oysters from Chesapeake Bay waters and shuck them by hand right here in Crisfield, Maryland, then pack them fresh by the pint or the gallon so they are ready to cook the moment they arrive.

Our oysters are wild-harvested from Chesapeake Bay waters, one of the most iconic shellfish regions in the country. The Bay's blend of freshwater rivers and Atlantic saltwater gives these oysters their balanced, approachable character. We have sourced Chesapeake seafood for more than 30 years and work with trusted harvesters throughout the region.

Shucked fresh in Maryland, never frozen.

The oysters are brought to our Crisfield facility, shucked, and packed fresh. They are not frozen, with no preservatives added and no water added. Shucking locally keeps us in control of the process, so you receive authentic Chesapeake Bay oyster meat ready for cooking.

Buttery, mildly briny flavor.

Chesapeake oysters are known for balance: a clean, mildly briny taste with natural sweetness and a buttery finish. Compared to higher-salinity regions they are less aggressively salty and more approachable, real oyster flavor without being overwhelmingly briny.
