Gulf Shrimp Size Guide
We offer our Gulf Shrimp in three boutique sizes that you don't find at your local seafood retailers or grocery stores.
- Under 12 per pound — Mega-Monster size. Impressive plate presence, ideal for grilling, scampi, and centerpiece dishes.
- 10–15 per pound — Big Momma size. Large, meaty, and versatile. Great for boils, sautéing, and pasta.
- 16–20 per pound — Jumbo size. A classic choice for most recipes. Works well grilled, fried, or in sauces.
As a general rule, plan for 4–6 large shrimp per person as an appetizer and 6–8 per person as a main course.
