Cooking Tip

Broiling—Cut the bottom of the shell of your lobster tails with kitchen scissors, so they will lie flat. You can also cut the top part of the lobster tail shell down to the fan, and pull out the meat (not detaching it from the tail). Then arrange the uncooked meat on the top of the shell, and broil. Boiling or Steaming—Allow two minutes of cooking time per ounce. Once cooked, run under cold water to stop the cooking process, and serve.

We source our lobster from the cold, pristine waters of Stonington, Maine. After being caught, they are quickly placed in natural ocean tanks to maintain peak quality. Using high-pressure processing, the meat is safely extracted without heat, then individually quick-frozen to lock in freshness. This quick, humane process prevents toxin development while preserving the lobster’s natural flavor and texture. We offer Lobster Tails in multiple sizes: Medium (each tail is 6-7 oz), Select (each tail is 7-8 oz), Large (each tail is 8-10 oz), X-Large (each tail is 12-14 oz), X-Jumbo (each tail is 16-20 oz). A two pack of lobster tails means two lobster tails come in the pack.
