Ware River Crab Imperial
- 1 pound backfin crab meat
- 2 tablespoons capers
- ½ teaspoon dried mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- butter
- paprika to sprinkle
Mix first seven ingredients by tossing gently to avoid breaking crab meat lumps. Place in a buttered baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle paprika on top. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
