Vegetable Crab Soup

  • 3 to 4 cups ham stock
  • 3 cups ham, cooked and diced
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables
  • 2 cans tomatoes, cut up
  • 2 cans crushed tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat

Mix ham stock, ham, vegetables, tomatoes, onion, Old Bay, salt and pepper in large pot or Dutch oven. Cook over low heat for 1 hour. Gently stir in crab meat. Cook for additional 20 to 30 minutes, stirring often.
