Tropical Crab Salad
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- ½ cup salad dressing
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup white wine
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- ¼ cup finely chopped green onion
- 1/3 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
- 1/3 cup finely chopped firm avocado
Mix the salad dressing, sour cream, wine, seasoning salt, and the lemon peel with a wire whisk. Combine the avocado, pepper, onion, and crab meat. Fold in dressing. Serve on red leaf lettuce with tropical fruit.
