Sea Fruit Salad
This recipe was the 2nd Place Senior Cold Plate Winner in the 1972 National Hard Crab Derby in Crisfield, MD.
Credited to Eleanor Lambden of Georgetown, DE.
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1 small can fruit cocktail
- ½ teaspoon chives
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 3 ripe avacados
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Prepare avocados. When mixture is chilled, spoon on avocados. Sprinkle with grated coconut.
