Replacement free of charge
If your order is spoiled or damaged due to negligence by CrabPlace.com or FedEx, we
will replace it free of charge. If you receive an order that you suspect is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect in any
way, please do not discard the contents. Contact us immediately at (410) 968-3167. We may request that you return the
order to us for inspection. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must notify our office by phone or by email
within 24 hours after receipt.
We routinely ship extra crabs with every live order to compensate for normal mortality
rates. Count live crabs instead of dead ones when assessing your order for crab mortality.
