Megan's Crab Salad
- 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons green pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Mix mayonnaise, salt, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, parsley flakes and celery seed until well blended. Add crab meat, onion and green pepper. Toss lightly with fork. |
