Lunch Mouth Dungeness Crabwich

• 1 cup Dungeness crab meat
• ¼ cup sour cream
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• a few grains garlic salt
• ¼ teaspoon dill seed
• ¼ teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• buttered bread

Combine first seven ingredients well.

For hearty appetites spread on big slices of buttered Russian rye bread. Or spread on regular rye, thin slices of pumpernickel or white bread cut into fancy shapes for open-faced luncheon treats.

Yields 1½ cups of sandwich spread.
