From creamy mustard blends to bold citrus-infused dips, these pairings will take your crab feast to the next level. Get ready to dip, dunk, and savor every bite!
Classic Creamy Mustard Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional, for a kick)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon heavy cream (optional, for a smoother texture)
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
If using, stir in the heavy cream for extra smoothness.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serve chilled with fresh jonah crab claws for dipping.
