Jake's Crab Cakes
- 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
- 2/3 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1½ tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- oil for sauteing
Pick over the crab meat. Combine all ingredients and shape into ten crab cakes. Saute in oil until brown.
Serves 5. |
