Harbor Side Crab Casserole
- 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
- 1 cup diced celery
- ¼ green pepper, diced
- ¼ cup minced onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Mix together first 7 ingredients. Put in greased 1-quart casserole. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and stir in 1 cup bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. |
