Fried Crab Fingers (Claws)
A battered and deep-fried crab fingers recipe
- 1 pound crab claws
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- ½ teaspoon celery seed
- ½ teaspoon seafood seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
Mix together all the ingredients except the crab claws.
Dip the crab claws into the batter and deep fry.
