Fried Buckrams
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- ½ teaspoon celery seed
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 dozen buckram soft crabs
Mix first six ingredients to make thick batter. Dip crabs in batter and deep-fry until golden brown. |
