Faye's Crab Casserole
- 2 tablespoons green peppers, diced
- 1 tablespoon onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 egg, beaten well
- 2 tablespoons salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 slice bread, cut up
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 tablespoons evaporated milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
Sauté green pepper and onion in margarine over low heat. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add to sautéed ingredients. Pour into greased casserole and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. |
