Faye's Crab Casserole

  • 2 tablespoons green peppers, diced
  • 1 tablespoon onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 egg, beaten well
  • 2 tablespoons salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 slice bread, cut up
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat

Sauté green pepper and onion in margarine over low heat. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add to sautéed ingredients. Pour into greased casserole and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
