Debbie's Shrimp Salad
- 2 cans shrimp, drained
- ½ cup diced celery
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, mashed
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt
- dash of Old Bay seasoning
Mix together mustard, mayonnaise, evaporated milk, vinegar and sugar until smooth. Add shrimp, celery and mashed eggs. Add salt and a little Old Bay if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
