Dandee Crab Cakes
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- ½ green pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 dashes of Accent
Mix ingredients together lightly. Make into balls and roll in cracker crumbs. Let chill. Fry in deep fat.
