Crab Middleton
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ½ cup chopped mushrooms
- ¼ pound butter
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1½ tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 pound backfin crab meat
- buttered bread crumbs
In large skillet, saute celery and mushrooms in butter until tender. Cool and mix with mayonnaise. Add mustard, seasoning and crab meat.
Put in casserole dish and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
