Crab Meat Dip Delight
A crab meat and cream cheese crab dip recipe

This recipe was the First Place Cold Plate Winner in the 1972 National Hard Crab Derby in Crisfield, MD.
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 pound backfin crab meat
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Combine all the ingredients except the crab. Blend with an electric blender. Fold in the
crab. |
