Crab Fritters
A crab meat and batter crab fritter recipe with an Asian influence
- 2 cups sliced bamboo shoots
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 8 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 pound crab meat
- butter for frying
Combine all ingredients, adding the crab meat last.
In a frying pan, heat ½ cup butter. Drop the fritter mixture by large spoonfuls into
the hot butter. Fry to a golden brown, turning once.
This makes 8 to 12 servings. |
