Crab Fingers Sauce
A spicy crab fingers cocktail sauce recipe
Impressive on a buffet or as a quick and easy appetizer. Just spread crab fingers over
crushed ice on a round platter with the sauce in the center for dipping. Find crab fingers, or cocktail claws, with
Crab Meat.
- 1 lb Maryland Claw Cocktail
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
Blend together thoroughly everything but the crab claws.
Serve with cocktail claws as an appetizer.
Also great with steamed shrimp or fried fish. |
