Crab Fingers Sauce

A spicy crab fingers cocktail sauce recipe

Impressive on a buffet or as a quick and easy appetizer. Just spread crab fingers over crushed ice on a round platter with the sauce in the center for dipping. Find crab fingers, or cocktail claws, with Crab Meat.

  • 1 lb Maryland Claw Cocktail
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 4 dashes Tabasco sauce

Blend together thoroughly everything but the crab claws.

Serve with cocktail claws as an appetizer.

Also great with steamed shrimp or fried fish.
