Corrine's Crab Meat Casserole
From the Galley K.I.S.S. Cookbook.
- 1 pound backfin crab meat
- 1 small can peas
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper
- ½ cup grated cheese
- dash hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon pimiento, cut in small pieces
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon celery salt
- paprika
Mix all ingredients and place into greased casserole dish, top with paprika. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6. |
