Broiled Flounder
- 1 flounder
- 1 tablespoon butter per pound of fish
- salt and pepper to taste
Broil fish, scales side down, on the lowest rack setting. Baste with butter, and season with salt and pepper.
After 15 minutes, turn fish over. Baste with butter and season with salt and pepper. Broil for 15 more minutes, then serve. |
