Betty Rae's Crab Melt
4 split toasted English muffins
1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon seafood dressing
4 slices Velveeta Mexican processed cheese
Combine crab meat with mayonnaise and seasoning.
Pile mixture on 8 halves of English muffins. Place on baking sheet and place under broiler for 5 minutes or until crab is bubbling hot.
Remove and top each with ½ slice of cheese and put back under broiler until melted.
Serves 4-8. |
