Baked Crab Casserole
This baked crab casserole recipe was prepared at the Salisbury In-Water Boat Show.
- 1 pound backfin crab meat
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ½ pint sour cream
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese, divided
Mix ingredients in the order listed. Add ¼ cup of the grated cheese to mixture. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve this crab meat casserole with crackers. |
