Neptune Crab Salad
  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1 hard cooked egg (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup cooked peas
  • 1/4 cup diced sweet pickles
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • lettuce
Combine crab meat, egg, celery, peas, pickles and mayonnaise, and toss lightly. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with additional egg slices and paprika. Serves 4.
