Fried Crab Fingers
  • 1 pound crab fingers (claws)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix together all ingredients (except crab fingers). Dip claws into batter and deep fry. Watch closely as they cook fast.
