Faye's Crab Casserole
  • 2 tablespoons green peppers, diced
  • 1 tablespoon onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 egg, beaten well
  • 2 tablespoons salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 slice bread, cut up
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
Saute green pepper and onion in margarine in saucepan over low heat. Mix in bowl the remaining ingredients; add sauteed ingredients. Pour into greased casserole and sprinkle top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
