Cheezy Crab Hors D'Oeuvre
A baked jumbo lump crab meat and cream cheese crab hors d'oeuvre recipe
These cheesy crab hors d'oeuvres may be served as a spread or dip by adding more milk
to achieve the desired consistency.
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup Maryland jumbo lump crab meat
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- ½ teaspoon horseradish
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 2-ounce package slivered almonds
Blend together the cream cheese, milk, crab meat, onion and horseradish. Add the salt and
pepper. Sprinkle with almonds.
Put the mixture in a shallow baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until
lightly browned on top.
Serve hot on crackers.
