Brenda's Fried Soft Crabs

  • soft crabs
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil

Using scissors, remove eyes and mouth, apron, dead men and fat from under the back shell. Wash thoroughly.

Roll in flour. Lightly salt and pepper.

Fry in hot oil over medium-high heat until brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
